Format: 2-Person “Better Ball”
Each player will play her/his own ball. The team’s score will be the lower of the two NET scores AND Gross scores on each hole. Strokes for each hole are indicated on the scorecard. Players should record their GROSS scores in the dotted boxes & the low NET and low Gross team score in two blank boxes below. Due to the disparity in indexes among the teams, we are paying both Gross and Net prizes in the team competition

Holing Out: For a player’s score to count, the player must “hole out” her ball. A “pick up” on a hole, should be marked with an “X” on the scorecard. At least one team member must “hole out” on each hole or the team will be disqualified.
Teeing Ground: All players will play from the RED tees.
Score Cards: Please return score cards to scoring area immediately following completion of the final hole. Score cards must be signed by one member of the team as well as the marker

Flights & Handicaps: Per USGA guidelines, team members will receive 95% of their course handicap. Team members will NOT have greater than 8 strokes differential between their indexes. We have separated the teams into two flights.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top two teams in each of the flights for Gross & Net.
Playoff: In the case of ties, a scorecard playoff will be used. The playoff will be determined using the teams’ total NET scores from holes 10-18. If still tied, it will be determined by NET scores on holes 13-18, then 16-18, then 18. If still tied, the same procedure will be applied to holes 1-9.
Eligibility: Entries are open to all female amateur golfers that have a verifiable Handicap Index at time of registration.
Flights: All competitors meeting eligibility requirements will be placed in one of the flights based on their verifiable Handicap Index submitted to the Tournament Director. The flights are determined by index and divided into equal size flights depending on the number of registered participants. The lowest index players will be in the Championship Flight. 
Caddies and Transportation: If you are the player with a caddie, please be considerate of your playing partner with your use of the cart. Your partner should always have the choice to ride. Assisting with yardages, locating balls, and retrieving clubs will contribute to improved pace of play. The player’s bag may be carried on the cart. Competitors may walk as determined by the policy of the golf course being played.
