lunch at Mulligans following play on Wednesday at Santa Barbara Golf Club
and Awards Luncheon on Thursday following play at Sandpiper Golf Club

• RESERVATIONS must be received by July 8, 2011
• Championship flight and 4 additional flights. Flights determined by July index
• Registration limited to first 120 participants
• Santa Barbara Golf Club Check in 6:30 am with 7:30 Shotgun Start on Wednesday, July 27th
• Sandpiper Golf Club Check in 7:00 am with 8:00 Shotgun Start on Thursday, July 28th
• Field limited to golfers with a maximum index of 33
• Payment via checks or credit card on our website using PayPal (PayPal is $6 higher due to their fees)
• Refunds until 7-10-11 less $10 administration fee
